Capturing an underutilized basement space and crafting an apartment that is truly a hidden gem, this project addresses the multifaceted personality of the client.  From quiet meditation and art production, to lively parties on the lanai, this apartment adapts.  All while allowing the upstairs, 'main house' to happily coexist.
